Slum Village Fall in Love Tour 2023

Slum Village is an American hip-hop group from Detriot. The band was founded by rappers Baatin, T3 and producer-rapper J Dilla.

Their first album Fantastic Vol. 2 was released in the summer of 2000 and was produced by J Dilla alone. After the departure in 2001 of J Dilla, who wanted to concentrate on a solo career, a new member was recruited: the rapper Elzhi. Mid 2002 their second album Trinity (Past, Present and Future) was released, made by Scott Storch, DJ Hi-Tek, J Dilla and others. In 2003, another group member left. Baatin left the group because of his schizophrenia. Detroit Deli (A Taste of Detroit) appeared in July 2004. Guests included Kanye West, Ol' dirty, Bastard, Dweleen and John Legend. It was their last album with Capitol Records. In 2005 the third album Slum Village was released under their own label, Barak Records. 2006 Slum Village started a tour through Europe.
