for rescheduled and canceled events
COVID-19 affects us all, including the cultural sector. Many performances, festivals and concerts are forced to be rescheduled or canceled. That is why the cultural sector has jointly developed a scheme with the support of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). Q-Factory is in line with this scheme.
Events will be rescheduled if possible. The original tickets will remain valid for these events. If rescheduling is not possible, the event will be canceled permanently. Is the holder of the ticket prevented on the new date or has the event been canceled? Then the ticket holder has three options:
- Converting the ticket into a voucher worth the original ticket price, including (service) costs, which can be exchanged later. You can use the credit for at least 12 months after issue to buy a ticket for another event.
- Donating the ticket to Q-Factory. Hereby you will help to reduce the financial impact for us created by the virus, so that we can again provide visitors with a beautiful and broad concert agenda in the future.
- Finally, you can choose to request a refund. The ticket purchaser is given four weeks for this before it automatically turns into a voucher (in case of a canceled event).
Ticket buyers will receive an email from Ticketmaster about the practical handling of their event and tickets. We kindly request visitors not to ask for more information by telephone or email.
